The system has been developed with the experience of years in parking management applications, and with many vanguard tools and functions of the sector, with user-friendly modules that allow simple and effective operation. All modules are protected by individual passwords. Each module allows the management of its functions with accurate and timely information which in turn feeds a sophisticated analysis and reporting system.

The graphical interface is particularly intuitive, formed by a series of animated self-explanatory icons. All icons are highlighted with images that suggest the corresponding command or action. The management software provides  a variety of interfaces for complementary systems. The most commonly used are the CCTV and audio communication systems, the management of variable message signs (VMS), the management of transactions with credit cards, the automatic reading of car license plates (LPR), the automatic recognition of vehicles (AVI) , parking space reservation, etc. The system server performs the following general functions, aimed at the automatic management of the parking lot as a whole: acquisition and maintenance of the information produced by all the parking stations. The central unit receives and records every single transaction, event and alarm on Hard Disk in “Real Time”, organizing them in several tables that allow it to extract the data necessary for its control and management procedures, and the information necessary for the higher logical levels. The complete sequences of each single transaction (entry / exit / payment), the summary of generic information and the diagnostic and alarm information are transferred (Real Time) to the system server.

All sensible diagnostic information are in any case recorded and printed by the system, through a special printer. The printing of what above works as a “parking logbook” and is used for maintenance purposes in the event of a fault or malfunction and in any case as a reference indication for the employee.
